Based on LCD technology, the Lightware Scout 2000 projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 435 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100:1 and a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 500 hours. To make performance data comparable based on the lumen specifications, we calculated an approximate ANSI lumen value. Looking at practical performance, up to 182 cm can be illuminated with 435 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 121 cm. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer. For your information: Compatible lamps for this device are no longer available in stores.
