As a projector for the Stationary sector, the AVANZA WU8c is equipped with 6200 ANSI lumens, a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution and a contrast of 10000:1. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 6200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 800 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 533 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2015, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
