The SNP-BX3700ST model is a 3D-DLP projector from Sonnoc, intended for Short Distance applications, offering 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 300000:1 at XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 130 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 515 cm can be illuminated with 3500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 343 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported.
