The UX80 model from SMART combines DLP technology in the Whiteboard sector with 3300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a native WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 3300 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 584 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 389 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Specifically for the educational or business sector, an interactive whiteboard function is also integrated. This model dates back to 2013 and is no longer part of SMART's current product range.
