The projector VX 60d by Runco utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1800:1 at a resolution of SXGA+ 1400 x 1050. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 1000 hours. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Lens Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 551 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 367 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Since entering the market in 2005, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
