Equipped with DLP technology, the LG SA560 offers 2500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Looking at practical performance, up to 508 cm can be illuminated with 2500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 339 cm. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by LG.
