The K8 is a LCD projector by Hasatek, whose specifications list 420 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 4000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. As an LED projector, the spec sheet indicates a lifespan of 30000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 20.5 years possible. To ensure objective comparability, an approximate ANSI lumen value was calculated based on the lumen specifications. A look at the light output reveals: The 420 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 208 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 139 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported.
