The Eleoption UC40 is a LCD projector that brings 275 ANSI lumens, a WVGA 800 x 480 resolution alongside a contrast of 800:1. The manufacturer specifies a durability of 20000 hours for the LED light source. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Because the manufacturer specifies brightness in lumen specifications, we have determined an ANSI lumen value for better comparability. A look at the light output reveals: The 275 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 168 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 112 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Since the projector supports optional Miracast and Airplay screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device. Since entering the market in 2017, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
