The Caiwei A7 is a 3D-LED-LCD projector that brings 665 ANSI lumens, a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution alongside a contrast of 5000:1. Thanks to LED technology, the projector is rated for a lifespan of up to 50000 hours, covering an estimated 34.2 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. Because the manufacturer specifies brightness in lumen specifications, we have determined an ANSI lumen value for better comparability. Regarding projection size, the value of 665 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 262 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 175 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Since entering the market in 2017, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
