Based on DLP technology, the Brilens LS1280A device delivers 240 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 and a contrast of 100000:1 as a projector. The LED unit of this model is rated for up to 30000 hours of runtime, covering an estimated 20.5 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. To allow for cross-manufacturer brightness comparisons, the stated ANSI lumen value is based on a conversion of the lumen specifications. Regarding projection size, the value of 240 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 157 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 105 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2016, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
