The basic data of the Maxell MC-EX3551 includes 3700 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 as well as a contrast of 20000:1. According to Maxell, the included lamp lasts up to 6000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 8.2 years possible. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Looking at practical performance, up to 530 cm can be illuminated with 3700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 353 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of Maxell's current product range.
