The ILA 440SC model from Hughes-JVC combines ILA technology in the Stationary sector with 4200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1200:1 and a native 2500 x 1340 Pixel resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2500 hours. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 4200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 564 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 376 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Hughes-JVC's current lineup.
