HP Digital Projector xp8000 Series

The new HP Digital Projector xp8010 and xp8020 use HP’s proprietary dual color wheel technology for optimized multimedia viewing. The dual color wheel feature offers one-touch switching between the three presentation modes – business-graphics, theatre-video and super-bright modes – to achieve optimal brightness or color.

The HP Digital Projector xp8000 series is the first to incorporate MARGI Systems’ Wireless Presenter-to-Go presentation software, enabling easy wireless presentation from any WiFi-enabled PC or handheld device. The solution is available through an optional HP connectivity module that incorporates TI’s DisplayConnect technology to enable remote control, management and maintenance of networked digital projectors. HP Digital Projector xp8010 and xp8020 features include:

2,600 peak ANSI lumens brightness (xp8010) and 3,300 peak ANSI lumens brightness (xp8020); sRGB color matching and enhanced color tables; 32 dBA for low-noise operation within conference rooms; Optional short-, medium-, long- and extra-long throw lenses. The HP Digital Projector xp8010 is planned to be available through HP ProAV channel partners in July at an estimated U.S. street price of $4,999.(1) The HP Digital Projector xp8020 is planned to be available by the end of the year with the price still to be determined. The HP Digital Projector xp8000 series advanced connectivity module, that includes wireless connectivity, is expected to be available at an estimated U.S. street price of $699.(1)
